2Degrees and Vodafone do not share the same target audience. Vodafone’s interactions through Facebook were from users that were in a relationship, with children. The users were aged between 25 and 50 years old. Furthermore, Vodafone’s engagement consisted of users based in varied locations locations throughout New Zealand, with a majority of those interacting with the posts living outside of Auckland.

Spark and Vodafone shared similarities across its target
audience. Spark’s interactions through Facebook consisted of users that were in
a relationship, with children. The users were slightly younger and ranged from
18 and 35 years old. Sparks’ engagement consisted of users living outside of
Auckland and varied in location throughout New Zealand. Some similarities
shared between 2Degrees target audience were the younger age and the user’s
career paths with those working in Retail.
